Cast Polypropylene Film is becoming more popular than polyethylene. CPP has higher clarity and gloss than polyethylene, as well as better heat resistance, lay flatness, and planarity. CPP plastic film is suitable for both traditional and non-traditional packaging applications, ranging from side welded seal bags to stand-up bags for textile and food packaging, confectionery twist wrap, document protection, and laminated stack designs to meet the most stringent packaging requirements.

CPP film has low moisture permeability, good heat resistance, good organic drug resistance, direct heat sealing, light-specific gravity, and so on. It can be used as a moisture-proof, heat-resistant, non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless packaging material. The entire line of products has passed food safety and hygiene inspections as well as impartial safety inspections.

Our CPP films are ISO 9000 certified and safe for food contact. As more “ready-to-eat foods” enter the market, there is a growing demand for CPP, particularly if those products are made using the retort process, because CPP is a critical component in the structure of these laminated packages. Our newest CPP film has an “easy tear” feature that is not typically found in CPP films. This special film enables converters to create retort pouches that are much easier for consumers to open. For many years, has been selling CPP films to the stationery and packaging markets. We can provide converters with customized formulations that tailor the film to the specific needs of the applications.

Applications of Cast Polypropylene Film

The CPP market has expanded in recent years due to its more appealing appearance than standard polyethylene.
